If somebody wants you to make a decision quickly, always say no to whatever they want you to do. If they don’t want to give you time, it’s because they don’t want you to spend time thinking about all the ways what they’re saying don’t make sense.
“But you’ll save 20% if you sign up right now!”
I’ll save 100% if I don’t sign up at all.

Being kind first – always act, speak, think from love and not from fear. Life isn’t all about YOU, and it’s not all about ME. It’s all about US. So choose love.

2.Learn 2-3 quick recipes – comes handy during lazy days.
3. write grocery list on a board…who ever is going to the store can just click a pic of it.
4.Maintain a book with all current financial commitments…keep updating it.
5. If you want to work out in the morning, change into active wear as soon as you get up .
6. Do not wait for the trash bin to overflow before you take it out.
7. Never ever share your personal insecurities with anyone. They are personal for a reason.
8. Don’t live in pain and don’t take pain pills. Get it diagnosed. most of the muscle related pains can be treated with exercises.
9.Don’t lend out money that you can’t afford to lose.
10. Do not have blind faith in your parents …..not all parents love unconditionally.

I will always recommend just going to the zoo and just watching the animals. This helps me recenter and focus and I always love just watching the penguins waddle around, the bears walk around, the elephants having fun.

Not to sound smug, but doing things myself. I feel a sense of accomplishment completing a goal and learning how to do stuff on my own with no one to guide me. Knowledge is a great source to have and keep building on. Plus I like how I do it better.😉

I will never, ever disregard my gut feeling about something. The few times that I did, I regretted it.

Always prepare before hand. Make a to-do list, do the bulk of your work before you need it done, prepare your outfit and breakfast for the next day, etc. It’s better to stress less when the time comes.

Good kitchen appliances – Cooking takes to long? Get stuff that speeds it up. Don’t like cutting? Get something that does it with less effort.
Simplifying the work necessary to cook fresh food is one of the best things modern technology makes possible

Heated gloves. Having to walk the dog (especially a dog that loves cold weather) can be challenging when the sub-zero cold cuts through even thick gloves. Discovering heated gloves a few years ago has been life changing! Winter walks are now so much more enjoyable.
