Young and the Restless spoilers were sure to indicate that whatever Juliet wanted would be given to her outside of a courtroom, but it appears this is just not the case. She’s not going to settle outside the court. She wants the press and the attention that comes with what’s happening here, and we have a feeling it’s not here so much as its Hilary that is pushing for this kind of deal. They aren’t settling for anything less than ideal, and this is going to go public.
It’s bad news for Cane, but it’ll get worse. For now, Victoria and Victor are angry this is happening and that he’s put them in this situation. If either of them find out what he did to Billy and framed Juliet at the same time, it’s bound to be a situation that he cannot bounce back from. He’s in big trouble, and it might be best for him to get out of it now rather than wait for it to come out later.
He already made a mistake by lying to Lily. Everyone suspects what Juliet is saying is true, and that’s swaying her opinion of him in every manner. She’s got so much to ask herself about what is happening, and it might not be a good time for him to continue his lies. If she finds out the truth now that he’s lied to her more than once, she’s going to be furious — and we suspect she will not forgive him.
