What do you get when you combine a foul mouthed speaking and of course yelling Samuel L. Jackson with a Deadpool vocabulary Ryan Reynolds? A comedy that I think could be the funniest hit of the summer. Seriously, all you need is a ton of expletives and yelling and it wouldn’t matter what the plot of this movie is at all. However, The Hitman’s Bodyguard has some serious potential for laughs. Here’s the plot:
The world’s top protection agent gets a new client: a hitman who came in from the cold. After being on the opposite ends of a bullet for years, they must team up and have only 24 hours to get to The Hague to bring down a murderous dictator.
Simple, easy, not a hard concept to grasp. But so far seeing these two in the trailer has been hilarious. Can you imagine how much fun these guys must have had on set together? I personally think that a blooper reel from this film would easily be the most entertaining thing about it. We need to get our hands on that. Until then, I’m definitely recommending this film for families everywhere. Well, not families with little kids but yeah, families everywhere.
