If you’re not watching the show Billions then I understand you. Seriously, I do. The show isn’t for everyone. In fact sometimes it goes way above people’s heads including my own. However, I think it’s just “commercial” enough where each and every episode you’re going to learn some really valuable life lessons. While the show does an excellent job portraying the hedge fund world and sordid business of governing the financial sector, you get some amazing pearls of wisdom. Perhaps the greatest pearls come from lead character Bobby Axelrod (Damien Lewis) himself. In an amazing scene with his wife Lara, Axe schools Lara on why she shouldn’t have been in business.
