There are so many awesome post-credit scenes out there in so many movies that you might have missed a bundle. Of course the most prominent are those from the MCU and other various movies that have taken up the calling, but the post-credit scene has been around for a little while now and can’t just be called the property of one company. After all it’s fun to stick around in the theater and discover that your patience is going to be rewarded with a glimpse of something that might have some bearing on another movie in the works.
Or it could just be a small bit of fun.
10. Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2
Throughout the run of the MCU it’s been seen that a certain purple-skinned individual has been orchestrating certain events ever since the beginning it would seem. The only issue is that in the comics he has a few individuals that are powerful enough to block his attempts or at least anticipate them. Unfortunately Adam Warlock has yet to be revealed, but when he is it should hopefully be to combat Thanos in the next Avengers movie.
9. Iron Man
With Iron Man comes the Avengers, there’s just no other way to go. Tony Stark is kind of a lone wolf at times and has every right to be confident in his own abilities, but he does need a team around him. That’s why everyone should have been able to see The Avengers coming from a mile off once Iron Man was made.
8. Ant-Man
Ant-Man was actually one of the founding members of the Avengers in the old days, as was his wife, the Wasp. But splitting up their appearances seems kind of odd in this case, despite the fact that the only person connecting them is the original Ant-Man, Hank Pym. It could work out to something great though, we’ll just have to wait and see.
7. Deadpool
Deadpool is one of those movies you should have expected a post-credits scene for just because of who he is and the fact that he breaks the 4th dimension to speak to the audience. That’s part of what makes the Merc with a Mouth so awesome.
6. Kong: Skull Island
The Monsterverse is loading up and gearing up towards something epic in proportion, and Kong is just one of many creatures out there that are decidedly nasty and would gladly annihilate the human race in an attempt to reclaim the world.
5. Logan
Deadpool and Wolverine did tend to make an interesting pair in the comics and it’s kind of too bad that things didn’t go the way they could have so that the two of them could have shared the screen. But with the idea of Wolverine being brought back to life being kicked around it’s starting to look like things might happen that way.
4. Black Panther
Remember that Bucky was left in T’Challa’s care, and that T’Challa isn’t a big fan of condemning people simply because of what they do or say. Now there is the fact that Bucky was being controlled and was a murderer at one point, but thankfully T’Challa is a wise and beneficent king that can see the value of a second chance.
3. Justice League
Some things fans should just expect to happen. Now that the Justice League has been formed it was easy to assume that Lex Luthor would be shopping around for allies of his own. The only problem is that since bad guys tend to not share power so easily it seems like a failed venture at best.
2. The Grey
While the movie kind of demonized wolves in the eyes of many people, it did end on an interesting note. The lone hunter, surrounded by a pack of hungry, ravenous wolves, arms himself with the only things he has left and prepares to take on the alpha, no hold barred and everything to lose. With this post credits scene you have to wonder if he’s still alive, or if he and the wolf managed to end each other despite the fact that you see the wolf’s ribs moving up and down.
1. Avengers

This is the post credits scene that got a bunch of people up out of their seats in anticipation since it finally showed a shot of Thanos that riled fans up to no end. It meant that eventually the Infinity Gauntlet was going to be put into play, and that a movie of epic proportions was being built for everyone to fully enjoy.
Post credit scenes are pretty common in a lot of movies now.
