Flip or Flop has become one of the most popular shows on HGTV and it’s showing no signs of slowing down. In fact, tonight Tarek and Christina are facing yet another challenge. They will be attempting to renovate an old home but will run into a whole host of problems they didn’t expect. While this may be the norm for the house flipping couple, it doesn’t mean that each home they purchase isn’t an entirely different animal. Speaking of which, today we wanted to share with you what we think is one of Tarek and Christina’s best flips. It’s a California ranch house that the couple never even set foot in.
They completely gutted the home to produce what might be one of their best renovations yet. As HGTV says on their website:
When Tarek and Christina opened the door of this 936-square-foot, 3 bedroom, 1 bath home, they were greeted by lots of unwelcome surprises, from mold and termites to faulty wiring and a leaky roof. See how they transformed the crumbling home into a modern showpiece perfect for a family.
As you’ll see in the pictures the home was basically an insurance agent’s nightmare. It looked like a complete loss. There were stained walls, piled up boxes, ruined carpets, leaks, you name it. There was even a black and white photo of the Beatles! Take a look at the tremendous transformation below:
Flip or Flop airs Thursdays at 9pm on HGTV
