Ryan Reynolds is Getting Ripped for Deadpool 2: Your Move Josh Brolin

I feel like the hype for Deadpool 2 is going to be just as fun as the movie itself.   Last week we showed you some footage of Josh Brolin rocking the gym to prep for his role as Cable.   Remember folks, this man is over 50 years and looks awfully good.  However the film’s star, Ryan Reynolds, is merely in his late 30s so his body tends to respond a bit better and look a little more svelte than his movie villain.  In what could (or should) be a respond to Brolin becoming quite jacked as Cable, Ryan Reynolds’ trainer Don Saladino posted this video to Instagram to show that Reynolds isn’t messing around.

@vancityreynolds performs one of his favorite ab exercises in preparation for #deadpool2 – Exercise "Reverse crunch with a lift" – What it works? Abdominals and core – How I use it? At the end of my workout with my abdominal training. Try 3 sets of 10-15 reps. Discontinue the lift portion when it becomes to difficult to perform. – How do I execute? Lie on the floor or a decline bench. Make sure to keep your lower back flat. Pull your legs towards your torso and then drive your legs to the ceiling. Always stay under perfect control. Try not to use any momentum. – Go to DonSaladino.com for my blog, tips, and nutrition. – You can also download my workouts @fitner_app – #suitup #superhero #ryanreynolds #training  #gymmafia #donsaladino #deadpooltraining

Wearing gray sweats and a tight-fitted shirt, the father of two can be seen doing leg lifts with his trainer to work on his abs. Even though he doesn’t give us a peak at his glorious six pack that we’ve come to know and love it’s still entertaining to say the least. We’re just waiting on when Reynolds decides to point this video directly at Josh Brolin to get the trolling going again. Shouldn’t be long now.
