I Created 3D Short Animation Based On Work Of René Magritte

My new short animation “Voice of Blood”. Initially, my goal was to recreate René Magritte’s painting “La Voix du sang” in 3D. I felt inspired by the painting and decided to create a short story about what I would imagine a painter’s creative process and him bringing his themes from subsequent paintings to life. I tried to keep all the surrealistic features of his work. Animation maintains the original painting’s aspect ratio. Made using Blender (Cycles), Gimp and Resolve.
