My rock bottom was when I grew up, found out that most of my pain was just in my head, and realized I wasn’t needed by my family, or friends anymore, which can be pretty tough for the oldest sister/mom friend. I got obsessed with fictional characters, barely slept, and just ran on empty until i crashed
