General Hospital fans are trying so hard to figure Nelle out. Her entire situation on this show has been ugly. At first she came in all sweet and fun and nice, and people liked her. Then she got into the middle of Carly and Sonny’s marriage, she lied, and she did some horrible things to them to get revenge. She was wrong thinking they were the ones who did what she wanted to get back at them for, and she made a lot of mistakes. By that point, however, people stopped trusting her.
And then she was injured and she fell in love and she apologized, and people decided they felt really sorry for her and they liked her. Then her life became a really big “poor me” situation as she couldn’t find work, money, a job, good health, and she was basically in a mess and didn’t just go back home and get her life in order.
And now people are still digging into her life as though she’s not already miserable enough, and she’s been evicted. She’s living a horrible life, but people aren’t entirely convinced they feel so bad for her. They can’t decide how they feel, to be honest, and that’s a problem for many. But what will happen to her with Michael? Could the idea of losing him cause her to go through a total mental breakdown? We think it might mean just that for the rest of her life. She’s a mess.
