Now you don’t need to be an expert in photo editing to find out what you would look like as the opposite gender thanks to Snapchat’s newest gender swap filter, which has caused an internet frenzy. The app rolled out the new photo filter just last week, and already it has wreaked havoc from pranksters as well as made people take a second look in the mirror.
While the new Snapchat photo filter has caused hours of amusement for some, others have learned that you must proceed with caution. One guy tried to trick his girlfriend into thinking he was cheating (we don’t suggest this), another guy got hundreds of matches on Tinder (self-esteem boost much?), and others realized their funny photos favor some celebrities or on the flip side maybe an aunt or uncle.
