Five Things You Didn’t Know About “Winter Break: Hunter Mountain”

There have been many reality series to grace our television screens throughout the years, and MTV is the network behind the majority of them. We have seen drama filled craziness over the years, and the drama is definitely not spared on the new series to hit the network, ‘Winter Break: Hunter Mountain’. In this article, we are going to reveal to you five things that you might not know (and should know) about the new hit MTV series, and what you can expect as the first season goes on. With that said, let’s get started with our countdown.

It’s The Third Docuseries For The Network

That’s right. MTV has released its slew of docuseries based reality shows throughout the years, and they have seen much success from them as well. ‘Winter Break: Hunter Mountain’ follows suit after hit series like ‘Floribama Shore’ and, of course, ‘Jersey Shore’.

Taking To The Slopes

In case you haven’t already gotten the hint from the title of the series, ‘Winter Break: Hunter Mountain’ is taking a different twist on the popular series that have already made their appearance on MTV. This new series goes from the beach atmosphere that we are familiar with and takes eight twenty year old to the slopes of Hunter Mountain, where they embark on adventures and drama through skiing, snowboarding, and mingling at the popular ski resort location.

The Cast Comes From All Over The Nation

The cast definitely shows more diversity in where they come from in the United States this time around. The cast includes TJ Angus (Rutland, Massachusetts), Jeffrey Brewer (Manchester, New Hampshire), Alessandra Camerlingo (Blairstown, New Jersey), Alex Shinder (Hoboken, New Jersey), Taylar Shinn (Oroville, California), Marc Vinda (Bergenfield, New Jersey), and Carissa Witham (Waterbury, Connecticut).

The New Series Is Part Of A Deal

SallyAnn Salsano, who is the CEO and founder of 495 Productions, and who is in works with the MTV network, signed a deal with Viacom, although details of the deal are not well known. This is the third docuseries to be released under said deal that was signed by Salsano, who was also the creator of the ever popular ‘Jersey Shore’. We can only anticipate great docuseries and reality series to come from this deal!

Set To Premiere Along With Another New Special

As if fans just can’t get enough, ‘Winter Break: Hunter Mountain’ is also set to premiere along with the upcoming special season with everyone’s favorite group of crazies from ‘Jersey Shore’. The new special that is set to air will be entitled ‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation’, and will reunite all of your favorites as well.

With all of the popularity that surrounds the drama of these many docuseries and reality series that we as fans have come to love, we can only anticipate the same reaction for audiences everywhere with ‘Winter Break: Hunter Mountain’. The new series is set to premiere on MTV on Tuesday, February 27th. Make sure to tune your DVR and not to miss any of the drama and hilarity that is sure to ensue.
