The plethora of exciting and innovative universes that exist in the movies are so wild and out there that a lot of people like to wonder what it would be like to live in a universe where superheroes like Iron Man and Thor were real, or were lightsaber duels were seen to happen every so often. Obviously these universes would be extremely dangerous and a risk to one’s health, but they’d be a fantasy come true as well. Imagine it, a universe where, hopefully from a distance, you could watch King Kong take on Godzilla, or watch Superman and the Justice League save the world from a horrific end?
Such universes would be undeniably cool, but definitely dangerous.
5. Marvel Comics Universe
Any universe that harbors these kind of heroes would be awesome to live in. The only downside is that heroes such as this often exist to combat evils that are far more dangerous than anything our current universe has. This could mean that no matter where you live that you’d be bound to run into someone or something that’s capable of ending the world in one fell stroke.
4. DC Expanded Universe
It wouldn’t be any less dangerous than the MCU but really at this time it would have a different feel. The DCEU is definitely darker at this point and a little more foreboding. Plus, a lot of their heroes are so ridiculously overpowered that their villains are insanely overpowered, to the level of gods almost. In fact it might be a lot more dangerous than the MCU just because the villains seem to target civilians just as much as the heroes.
3. Monsterverse
So far what we’re really talking about are King Kong and Godzilla, but the expanded Monsterverse should be able to include old classics as well. This would be like our world for the most part, but with the imaginary monsters as real, physical beings that can mess stuff up in a hurry and don’t think of people as anything but pawns, or gnats, or something just as expendable.
2. Star Trek
There is a constant debate going on and it’s been going on for decades now about which is better, Star Trek or Star Wars. Honestly Star Trek has been around longer, and it’s immensely popular. Living in this universe would entail almost always being on the move it seems and never really settling down until you’re ready to be planetside and away from the constant exploring. On the plus side though they’ve learned how to exist without the pressure of money.
1. Star Wars
This would be a grittier, less assured existence and much more dangerous than Star Trek for certain on a more regular basis. Where Star Trek has a well-defined Federation that stays together for the most part Star Wars is almost always going through one Republic or Empire after another. If there was ever a universe that practiced the live free and die hard feeling it would be this one.
So it’s agreed, each universe would be extremely dangerous and hazardous to a person’s health. But they’d all be interesting enough to live in.
