Speaking of which, it has been stated that while Season 2 will remain focused on Offred, much of it will also spend time on looking more into other characters as well as fleshing out what the setting looks like on a day-to-day basis. Something that sounds mundane in nature but could provide excellent results through contrast and comparison. After all, it is much easier to dismiss something wholly unfamiliar as opposed to something that is familiar but also at the same time, riddled through and through with a sense of wrongness.
