I was 99% sure that when I first saw this video that I not only A. thought it was uploaded at least 5 years ago but B. was 99% sure it was an actual Bob Odenkirk commercial for an actual car dealership somewhere. The good news is that it’s brand new and it’s really just an ad for Better Call Saul Season 3. Only yesterday we posted an awesome Cinnabon commercial with Saul and today it’s Bob himself promoting the show. And only two days ago Vince Gilligan did an AMA on Reddit. Do you think the show’s starting to hit the accelerator button on the marketing efforts? I do.
We’re still almost a month away from the premiere but if the last week has been any indication we’ve seen a new poster, new ad spots, and Gilligan coming out to do an internet interview. It’s safe to say we can expect new information at a more rapid pace from here on out. I sincerely hope that Better Call Saul features a commercial VERY similar to this on the show when we actually get to see “Saul’s” first appearance. That would be a hell of an introduction.
