Days of Our Lives fans left last week with a heavy feeling in our hearts. There is a lot happening with Marlena, and everyone is crushed. The fact that her family decided to grant her wishes and all showed up at the hospital to say their goodbyes to her was crushing. Our hearts hurt watching this horrible moment. This should be a happy time for her. She’s a woman who just got married to the longtime love of her life, and she should be on a beach somewhere beautiful celebrating their marriage and their happiness with one another. They certainly should not be sitting around here having a moment like this while she’s on her deathbed. They were all crushed, and we are all wondering if this will change.
And we also saw that Ben and Ciara had some moments. Theirs were very sweet, and they make fans want to sit back and make sure the end up together all the time. They are a darling couple with a lot to offer the people in their lives, but the people in their lives hate that they are together and want it all to stop. This is not good news for them, but they don’t seem to care that all the people they know and love don’t seem to care. But mostly, we are just sad about Marlena, and we all hope that this turns around for something else. They should give her a chance, but we hear that they will take her off support at the beginning of the week. This was an emotional week for fans, and we just don’t know if we can sit back and prepare ourselves for what might come this week. There’s too much emotion going on right now, and we can’t handle any of it. It’s tragic.

Sometimes we have bad timing, and that’s just one of those things. But these two just cannot get it right as they fight to find themselves a happy future. They’re pretty much all about getting it wrong these days, and we almost feel bad for them as they find a way to make this work.

This is going to be the most stunning week. It’s a sad day in Salem, too. It’s the day that the doctors are going to go forward with the wishes that Marlena has in her directives. She’s been pulled off of life support, and her family has all said their final goodbyes. They are all sitting around her bed waiting for her to die, but they all secretly hope that something miraculous will happen and she will wake up. We also hope the same thing, but we cannot guarantee that this will happen. There is too much at stake right now, and things are not working out for them and for the people in their lives. What we can do, however, is sit back and hope that she wakes up. Is that too much to ask?
We will also see that Ben is going to make a shocking admission. He will say something that will shock everyone because it’s about Hope. He’s going to tell them that she’s out to get him or something to that effect, and we know that she’s thinking of skirting the law to get him away from her daughter. Did she do it? Will she get caught? Or will he have something else to say about her when he opens up and makes his accusation? There’s so many different ways this could all go down right now, and we don’t know where it might go. It’s going to be ugly, though, and we know that. We can hope for the best.
