Love is in the air for two former co-stars. Revenge actors Emily Van Camp and Josh Bowman are following in the footsteps of their TV characters as they will be getting married! Hopefully their real-life marriage is happier than the TV one.
Emily VanCamp took to Instagram to share the news of her engagement. She posted a picture of her face covered by her hands with the diamond engagement ring in clear view. The couple began dating while filming the first season of their drama Revenge, which ran from 2011-2015. In season three the couple’s characters Emily Thorne and Daniel Grayson wed. So this won’t be the first time these two actors have walked down the aisle together.
This is not the first time that VanCamp has found love on the set. VanCamp was linked to actor Chris Pratt when the duo worked on the series Everwood from 2002 to 2006. Pratt played VanCamp’s brother on the drama. Sparks also flew for VanCamp during the filming for the drama Brothers & Sisters. VanCamp dated co-star Dave Annable for several years. Writers actually changed a storyline that would have made the two play brother and sister after they witness the romantic chemistry the two had in real life.
VanCamp has received other great news recently. The actress will star in her first TV series since Revenge left the air in 2015. She will star in the drama The Resident alongside Matt Czuchry. The series will focus on a young doctor working under the tutelage of a smart senior resident. It is set to premiere during the 2017-2018 television season.
Bowman did not receive as exciting news about his new ABC drama. Time After Time was cancelled shortly after its premiere in March. Currently only 5 of the 12 episodes produced have aired and there is no decision if the remaining episodes will beshown. This was Bowman’s first TV series after Revenge concluded in 2015.
