The Originals Sneak Peek: Klaus Tries to Save Cami, Davina Challenges Lucien

The Originals

Tonight’s all-new episode of The Originals is titled “No More Heartbreaks,” but will the hour actually live up to its name? With Cami dying and Klaus desperate to save her, there’s a good chance that there could be a lot more heartbreak coming for the original vampire.

After Cami received a fatal bite from Lucien at the end of The Originals‘ last episode, fans have been wondering if there’s anything that Klaus and his family can do to save her. As we know, Lucien’s bite is even more deadly than Klaus’s, and at this point, no one has figured out a way to cure it. Could Klaus’s own daughter, Hope, be the secret to saving the woman he loves? One of the scenes in the video below hints at that possibility, but we’ll have to wait until tonight’s episode airs to see.

Meanwhile, as Klaus and the rest of the Mikaelsons try to find a way to help Cami, Davina’s mind is solely on revenge. She’s gone up against Klaus before and lived to tell the tale, so taking on Lucien doesn’t scare her, even if has declared himself a “new and improved” original vampire. Davina wants vengeance for what he did to her friend, but will she be able to get it, or could she soon be joining Cami as one of Lucien’s victims?

The Originals airs Fridays at 9 p.m. on The CW. Check out the sneak peek of “No More Heartbreaks” below:

THE RACE TO SAVE CAMI — Following a violent encounter that has left Cami’s (Leah Pipes) life hanging in the balance, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) is forced to rely on his family and allies to find a cure as he keeps a watchful eye over Cami at the compound. With time running out, Freya (Riley Voelkel) turns to her arsenal of spells, while Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) head to Cami’s apartment to gather a crucial ingredient. Elsewhere, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) and Elijah (Daniel Gillies) travel to the bayou in hopes of bringing back a potential antidote that could save Cami’s life. Finally, Davina (Danielle Campbell) confronts Lucien (guest star Andrew Lees) and learns some heartbreaking information that will change her future with Kol (guest star Nathaniel Buzolic) forever. Millicent Shelton directed the episode written by Celeste Vasquez & Michael Narducci.
