Young and the Restless fans know that Billy has been Jack’s screw-up younger brother for far too long. He’s tired of it. He’s turned his life around, he’s made progress, and he is ready to do whatever he needs to do to make sure his life is in the right place. And it’s not too late for him. But what about everything else that’s going on in his life? He has so much to deal with right now he might not be able to handle it all. He’s got his ex-wife to worry about, his kids, their business, and everything else.
And it’s time for Billy to do some work on his brother. Billy had a nice long chat with Dina about things, and he’s feeling like it’s finally his place and his turn to go after what he wants. He’s in a place right now he can’t stop doing this or he risks failing everything he’s ever done.
And we want to see him succeed. He has a plan, and we cannot wait to see it get started. He has a plan to make sure that Jack knows where he stands, because he is going to take him down. He’s tired of this — he doesn’t want another thing to do with it. He is going to take back what he believes is rightfully his and move on with his life at the expense of his brother. Their hatred for one another is about to turn into a serious war.

Who the hell would steal his brothers wife. Which is only one of the minor unspeakables the upchuck has done Caused Vicky to be kidnapped because he welshed on his gambling debts was a doosey.
