Vince McMahon Makes a Wish Come True for a Lucky WWE Fan

If there is one thing that you can say about World Wrestling Entertainment, it is that they always do everything they can to keep their fans happy. They often describe their company as trying to put a smile on people’s faces. There have been many occasions when critics have disagreed and have focused only on the negatives. However, when you take into perspective the size of WWE, they do plenty to keep their fans smiling. They put on around 250 events each year and also put on Smackdown and Raw weekly with no breaks throughout the year. That includes the holidays season as they are even putting on shows on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

WWE also do a lot of work with charities. One of these is ‘Make a Wish’. This is a charity that grants a wish to sick or life-limited children and helps them to make their dreams come true to add an element of happiness into their lives. Who is the celebrity that has granted more wishes than any other celebrity? The answer to this is the WWE 16-time World Champion John Cena. However, he is not the only WWE star to regularly grant a wish as there are many others who do so on a regular basis. They believe that an important part of being a celebrity is helping others and they should do what they can to give others happiness.

Someone else from the world of WWE who has also granted a wish through Make a Wish is Vince McMahon, the WWE Chairman & CEO. The WWE Community page on their website showed McMahon meeting with Orlando, a 19-year-old fan of WWE from Ocala in Florida. Orlando got to meet McMahon when WWE brought him to Raw in Atlanta recently. While most kids want to meet one of the wrestlers, Orlando had specifically requested to meet with Vince McMahon, which is pretty cool. McMahon felt honored to have been chosen by the young fan and was very gracious with his time. The pair were even photographed together during the meeting. This photo was then posted on WWE’s social media pages.

Although it was Vince McMahon that Orlando had requested to meet, he also had the opportunity to go backstage and meet many other WWE stars. Some of these included Finn Balor, Enzo Amore, Titus O’Neil, and Samoa Joe. This was a fantastic opportunity for Orland and is and occasion he will treasure. Make A Wish is supported by many other celebrities outside WWE. These include sports stars and those who are in the film, television, or music industries. There are many celebrities out there who are more than happy to give their time to make a child’s wish come true.

One example is NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne who granted the wish of Rylee, a 12-year-old girl suffering from Noonan Syndrome. Her condition meant she had lost muscle tone in her leg muscles. She is passionate about NASCAR and all her dreams came true when she met the famous driver. Other celebrities who have famously supported this charity include Elton John, Justin Bieber, and Adam Sandler.
