Young and the Restless fans know that many of the people in Genoa City are making some major bank for their roles. But, you’d think that works since they are killing one another, making the others miserable, doing horrible things, and playing horrible characters. They are the worst of the worst, and they are so good at being those people. They are going to do everything they can to make sure we tune in every single day, and that’s what they get paid to do. Some get paid more than others, and some don’t know how to focus on anything other than their roles. Christel Khalil – $17 million
Her life is one that makes us all wonder what she has been up to. She’s been making money left and right since she was five years old. Her life was started then as far as her acting career goes, and it’s been amazing to watch her grow. She began doing smaller work, and it grew as she got older. She spent a lot of time doing things that called for her to work as a child, a teen, and again as an adult. She’s amassed quite the fortune over the years, too. She did the work on television and in the movies for a lot of year. She did those jobs until 2002 when she took on the role of Lilly Winters and that was the end for her. She began her career as Lily and life changed as she knew it. She’s not as obvious on the show anymore as she would like to be, but she was able to do what she needed to do for many years before she made the choice to take on a smaller role here and there.
Eric Bradeon – $25 million
He’s an author, an actor, and a man who does all he can to give back to his fans. He’s been around for a very long time. You might remember that he was a man who was here for things that weren’t even this role. He was going to be someone who was only around for a quick minute, and that was that. Six months was about as long as they were thinking that the character of Victor would remain in Genao City when he showed up in the 80s, and look what happened. It’s been 30-ish years and he is still here. He’s one of the leading characters on the show. He’s one of the leading actors on the show. He is one of the men who wants to do the job, who wants to make it his own, and who insists on bringing his A game to the show every single time. He’s invaluable at this point, and we cannot imagine this show without him to bring the drama and the heat.
Lauralee Bell – $200 million
She has a lot of money, and most of that is thanks to her family. She might get to spend some of her time working as Christine, but she doesn’t have to work at all. She’s the daughter of her parents, who are the creators of this how and many others. They have done their job to bring entertainment to the world in the most amazing manner, and they are the creators of so many things that we cannot even count. She happens to be their daughter, so she happens to get to inherit a bit of their fortune, which we imagine is a lot higher than her $200 million. She’s someone who works very hard, and we have to appreciate that about her. She is not one to sit idly around and do nothing with her time and her life because her parents provided so much for her. In fact, she’s done more than her fair share of things to make her life better and more enjoyable, and we love that about her and for her. She is the real Rockstar around here, and that’s all there is to it.
