Scorpion Episode 23 Promo: Things are going to go nuclear for Team Scorpion

Scorpion

Chernobyl, or as I like to call it, Nuclear Central. Team Scorpion is tasked with going to Nuclear Central, where one of the world’s worst nuclear accidents occurred thirty years ago to repair a decaying nuclear reactor to stop a potential disaster from happening in this upcoming episode of Scorpion.

Things then take a turn for the worst (as they tend to do on the show), when Paige and Sylvester find themselves stuck inside the reactor that will inevitably implode if they do not get out in time. I’m certain that Walter will do everything in his power to rescue them before they meet a fiery death. Speaking of Paige, the promo clip hints that the liaison and the genius are beginning to see sense, but Happy’s comment to Walter where the more he loves someone the more badly the relationship will end intrigues me. I’m all for Walter and Paige getting together, don’t get me wrong, though, given the genius’s track record, it might not end well for him and Paige.

Then there’s the matter with Tim, what is Paige going to tell him if she ends up getting together with Walter? The woman agreed to go on a dinner date with the former soldier in the previous episode and now she’s going to let him down easy cause she’s dating her boss? That’s not exactly playing fair now is it? As much as I want Waige to happen, it’s only fair to let this thing with Tim take its course. Just saying.

I’m also curious to see if Toby can pull off proposing to Happy. I don’t think that he should do it in a public place because then Happy would be pressured into accepting the proposal without having a moment to process it. He should probably do it at the garage or someplace private and maybe it goes well or maybe Happy will make him reconsider marrying her so their current relationship doesn’t come to a screeching halt. With only two episodes left until the season 2 finale on April 25, I’m sure that there will be many more surprises coming our way.
