If you want a story of inspiration then look no further than 8th grader Trashaun Willis. The young man from Iowa is not only a gifted basketball player but he was only born with one arm. Currently Trashaun Willis stands at 6’3″and weighs 180 pounds. That’s pretty big for an eighth grader. He also plays quarterback and linebacker for his middle school’s football team. Remember folks, this kid has one arm.
Recently a video surfaced of Willis playing in a basketball game. Amazingly, Willis goes behind-the-back and then slam dunks it like it’s no one’s business. If you’re sitting around today and watch this, then get up and do something afterwards. Seriously. You have absolutely no excuse to at least try something today, to work hard today, to give something your all today. If not for yourself, do it for all the Trashaun Willis’s out there.
