Beautiful autumn is not something common or usual in and around Sydney. Many people think it doesn’t even exist here. We could get an occasional tree or two but otherwise, the city stays green year round.
But there is a way, almost like going to Narnia. Just 2 hours away there is a beautiful Mount Wilson with some fantastic heritage gardens. It’s like teleporting into another world. Some mountain towns like Blackheath also have beautiful foliage.
A couple of weeks ago I went to mentioned two towns and it felt like being back in Europe again…
