On tonight’s surprise episode of Kim & Kourtney Take New York, Kim is distraught as Shengo returns to Australia and Kourtney and Scott try to overcome privacy issues.
Kim and Shengo accidently overhear Kourtney and Scott having sex. Although Kim is grossed out, it doesn’t stop her from eavesdropping. When Kourtney emerges for breakfast, Kim teases her relentlessly. Kourtney tells Scott they have to be more careful because of what Kim heard, but Scott doesn’t care. The foursome double date that night. Kim senses a distance from Shengo and soon learns the reason. Shengo must return to Australia in two days for a job assignment. He can’t continue to work here due to his visa expiring. Kim is surprised by her strong reaction to the news. Scott suggests Kim marry Shengo to keep him here. Kourtney cringes as Kim considers this possibility.
The next night Scott wants to get busy but Kourtney wants to wait for Kim to leave. Kim decides to spend the night at home much to Kourtney and Scott’s dismay. Ever Mr. Sensitive, Scott says he knows Kim is upset, but it shouldn’t interfere with his needs. Since there is no where safe in the penthouse, they go to the hotel gym to work off their energy. Instead, they end up having a quickie right in the gym. Out of character for her Kourtney admits, but now she wants to do it again the next chance they get. Visiting Kim at a Glamour magazine photo shoot, Kourtney and Scott head to the ladies room. No sooner do they attempt another public thrill do they get caught. The humiliation aborts Kourtney’s new life of crime. She tells Scott that since she is a mother, she can’t afford to be caught having sex in public.
Atop the Empire State Building, Kim tells Shengo about Scott’s suggestion. ‘Would you?’asks Shengo. Kim hesitates, then says she would marry him, but only for the right reasons. That night as Shengo prepares to say his goodbyes, Kim is crying in the bathroom. Shengo consoles her with a long hug. Kim walks him outside with the sinking feeling she may never see him again. Kim sadly realizes it just wasn’t meant to be.
Since next Sunday is Oscar night, Kourtney & Kim Take New York will return to its regular schedule with a new episode on March 6 at 10pm (EST) on E!
