If I’m Alex Jones I can’t be happy about what my lawyer just publicly admitted. “He’s playing a character. He is a performance artist.” Mr Wilhite said, according to the Austin-American Statesman. Mr Wilhite said that using Mr Jones’ on-air persona to judge him as a father would be like judging Jack Nicholson in a custody dispute based on his performance as the Joker in Batman.
Hmmm. Interesting. I’m guessing that the Infowars fanbase isn’t exactly going to be pleased about this information. While it’s such a particular sub-group of people, it’s the only source of revenue for advertising dollars for that show. I’m sure that Alex’s lawyer was trying to protect his client (I guess) from insinuations that Jones is actually as insane in real life as he is on the show. This is a man with unfounded assertions that the Sandy Hook massacre and Boston bombings were hoaxes, Hillary Clinton should be jailed and that Barack Obama founded Isis.
So yeah, the little amount of people that actually believe this stuff might be a little disappointed to know that the man spewing out these lies actually knows he’s lying and is merely trying to get ratings. If this is all true then I don’t know how a guy like Alex Jones can look at himself in mirror. There are lots of ways to make money. Making up this crap is a really awful way of making a living.
Oh right, why is he claiming all this “fake personality” stuff? To win custody of his children. I’m think I’m gonna be sick.
