I bet your mum told you not to play with your food. Did you comply? Yeah… I know. Neither did I. I loved playing with my food and I couldn’t help it. What is more, I took it even one step further and started photographing what was happening on my table. I can assure you there was a lot happening.
But joking apart, I’m a fan of a healthy, balanced diet as it helps me keep my body in a good condition. You cannot underestimate this and it becomes more and more obvious as you get older. In my forties, I simply cannot afford to have bad nutrition habits. At some point, I decided to attract other people to a healthy lifestyle by showing the concept of a balanced diet in a funny way. Besides the fact, I do love taking photos of levitating fruits and veggies. I teamed up with several food and healthy lifestyle bloggers to help them illustrate their ideas.
