As you know, hockey games can be some of the most intense in all of sports. When its playoff time the intensity reaches levels rarely seen during the regular season. Tensions are high, players are jacked up and fans are ready to throw down at the drop of a hat. While I’ve admitted I’m not a huge fan of hockey, I have tremendous respect for the amount of dedication that fans have for the game. Hockey fans dress up, paint their faces, spruce of their cars, and do all the crazy stuff football, basketball, and baseball fans do. Some would argue that hockey fans are the most intense fans around.
So when you’ve got opposing fans adjacent to each other, it’s natural that arguments may occur. On occasion a little jawing back and forth happens. Rarely, but sometimes you might see a scuffle after the game if an argument reaches too high a level of intensity. And super rarely you might get a fan finale like the clip below. This is far and away one of those “once in a blue moon” moments opposing fans getting a little too much out of hand:
