There’s no such thing as “kind of” liking lobster or just enjoying it a “little bit.” People who like lobster often love it. If you don’t like lobster you’ll probably hate it for the rest of your life. But if you fall in the “love it” camp like I do you’ll know that as amazing as a lobster tastes and the fun involved in trying to get all the meat you can from its shell, eventually you can get severely worn out from this grueling exercise.
It feels like no matter how many crackers you have and no matter how many small forks have been handed to you, it’s simply impossible to get all the meat you know exists in these critters. If you’re interested in learning how to extract nearly if not ALL of the meat from a lobster then you might want to listen to world famous chef Gordon Ramsay. He’s got a few excellent pointers so that you can impress all your friends at your next lobster dinner.
