General Hospital fans will be in for a shock when they see little Spencer Cassadine make a return to Port Charles. It’s not good news for Valentin, but what is good news for this villain? It’s been a while since we’ve seen the child who makes everyone a little crazy thanks to Laura Spencer, and we just can’t help but wonder what brings him back at this point in time. He’s got a new cousin to meet while he’s in town, and he’s got an uncle visiting. His appearance in a week or so is not going to make Valentin feel good at all, but there is very little anyone can do about that. He’s got no choice but accept that his unwanted nephew is home for a visit from his powerful boarding school.
This is only a child, but he’s one who is not convinced his father — the elusive Nikolas — is not dead. He’s got his own opinion on things, and it seems this little boy is going to make some big changes in the family. He’s not going to willingly go back to school any time in the near future. He wants to stay in the family home, and he wants to spend more time with his uncle. Of course, Laura will have to tell this young man that his uncle is a killer and it isn’t a good idea — but we don’t think she will do it.
We are flashed back to the time that Sonny and Jason stopped Valentin from taking this young man from camp and kidnapping him. We know that he loves kids and doesn’t seem like he would be the type to kidnap them, but we don’t know. We know he wouldn’t harm the kid, but we don’t know what he has planned for this little boy when he returns for May sweeps. All we know is this is a storyline that might just bring fans hope that Nikolas is alive, and that things might be changing. We already think that Valentin and Nikolas are working together to fake his death — maybe this is a chance for the kid to meet his father again.
