General Hospital spoilers are good. We are going to interrupt our regularly scheduled programming of spoilers to talk about Lucky Spencer. He’s been around for so many years that people have fallen madly in love with him. He’s someone the ladies love, he’s got a past, and he’s got some unfinished business to attend to. It’s been two years since we saw him on the show, but that’s because Jonathan Jackson has been spending his time filming a hit primetime show (Nashville) and hasn’t had much time for his daytime soap. We hear, however, that this is all changing in the near future. Could he be coming back? He hasn’t been back since the big farewell to Luke Spencer, and we believe he might just come back from his “charity work in Africa” to make a guest appearance as things get crazy.
Of course, that doesn’t exactly mean it’s Jackson coming back to television as Lucky. It’s been rumored that Greg Vaughan might come back to portray an arc as Lucky once again. He played the role after Jackson left for several years, but he’s also a little busy playing recently released convict Eric on DOOL at the moment. That leaves us with the feeling he might never come back to the show, but rumors are circulating that one of these two might make it back to the show for a reunion with Liz. She cheated on Lucky with Nikolas, and now she’s involved in a relationship with Franco — if you can call it that. Her character has changed a lot over the past few years, but there’s always hope in the eyes of fans that these two can get it right and end up back together. Will Lucky Spencer return to Port Charles and reclaim the love of his life, or will we see that this is all just speculation and rumor? We hope it’s the former, but all we have right now is just a rumor to go on and the realization that one of the former Lucky’s asked for a Liz/Lucky reunion that was not granted several years ago. If writers do it, will he come back?
