General Hospital fans didn’t love this show. Well, we have such good things to say about it in general, but we did not love it. It was a very special episode that focuses on what is happening in the lives of a young man and his situation. Oscar had a bad situation to live. He was diagnosed with his horrible thing that will kill him, and he knows that his time is coming to an end. It’s not just sometime in the near future. It’s soon. It’s going to come and there is nothing he can do about it. He’s been left debilitated in so many ways, and he cannot live the life he was meant to live in this situation. He’s a man who is not living a happy life right now, and no one who loves him is doing the same thing, either. They are all miserable, upset, sad, and not ready.
This episode focused so much on those who are with him, who love him, and who are working so hard to be with him during this ugly time. His end is very near, and there are so many people who love him and want to see him through this with their own hands in his. And we found it very hard to watch. We almost prefer to watch anything else. There is just something about a young person, especially a child, dying that takes the happiness and the joy right out of life. There is nothing we want more than to see him survive, but it won’t happen. It’s killing us, and it’s killing his family. This episode, while beautifully done, was too much for us to even consider watching. Did you watch? Did you feel the emotion and the stress that came with everything going on in this young man’s final days?

Shiloh is someone who no one wants to spend anymore time with than necessary, but he has something he needs to say to Willow. She’s not someone who has been honest with anyone about anything in any situation, and she’s currently making some big statements that are going to hurt her. We aren’t sure, at this point, whose side she is really on and what she is up to. She seems to want to help Chase and Michael in all they are trying to do, but she also seems to have an alliance that just won’t shake when it comes to Shiloh. So, is she playing them so that he can get what he wants from the people he is trying to hurt, or is there a lot more to it than that? We just don’t know, to be quite honest. For now, though, she’s going to see him when he visits, and we have a feeling that she’s about to find herself in a tough situation.
Meanwhile, we have noticed there has been some obvious friction, some serious issues, and some lack of communication between Michael and Chase, and Chase is about to go ask him what is up and what is going on. One might call it more of a confrontation than a conversation, and that never ends well. When these two take the chance to sit down and talk about things in an honest manner, it might work out well for them. However, they are not, did not, and will not. And that means problems.
