Have you seen The Walking Dead? If you have, then chances are you have also seen one of the up-and-comers of the 21st century, Katelyn Nacon. She plays Enid on the AMC zombie series, but made her first television appearance on ABC’s Resurrection. This show ran for two seasons, and was based on the novel by Jason Mott called The Returned. In addition, Nacon went viral on YouTube after making an appearance on Adult Swim’s Too Many Cooks. She also plays a primary role in T@gged, which is a web series produced by AwesomenessTV. Of course, most people don’t know a whole lot about this actress as she is so new to the acting scene.

She’s a Musician
Most of those who know Nacon by name may not also know that she is a published musician. She released an EP in 2015 called “Love in May”, which featured five songs in the pop style. One song, “Jean”, is about her grandma who was taken by breast cancer. “May” is about unconditional love. Though the actress hasn’t commented on the meanings of the other three songs, you should give it a listen for yourself. She really is quite good.
She Likes Horror Films
In a 2016 interview, Katelyn Nacon was asked about her film preference, and whether she liked horror films at all. She revealed that she indeed enjoys horror films (rather than sci-fi), stating that her favorite films were Silence of the Lambs and Se7en. It’s not too surprising that she likes these types of films, considering she spends a lot of time on-set running from zombies or pounding stakes into their heads.
She Wants to Do Her Own Stunts
Katelyn Nacon has expressed a desire to perform her own stunts. In one 2015 interview, she admitted that her stunts were mostly performed by body doubles — but only because she was still a minor. Now that Nacon is officially eighteen and a legal adult, perhaps we will see her start to do her own stunts on The Walking Dead.
She First Visited London During a Convention
During the Walker Stalker convention in London, Katelyn Nacon admitted that she had never been to London before. However, she did get the full London experience during the convention — she saw Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Parliament, and the Tower of London over the course of two days. She also went shopping a few times. Nacon loved her visit to London, and the Walker Stalker convention, because it was a great place to see and talk to her fans. Plus, the atmosphere is great too.
She Hates Bugs
No matter how many zombies one slays, there are certain fears that you just can’t get over. For Katelyn Nacon, it’s bugs. She hates all types and all sizes of bugs, refusing to even squish them no matter what size they are. This is pretty funny coming from a girl whose job on The Walking Dead is to kill flesh-eating zombies, and who even ate a turtle in her first appearance on the show.
