Days of our Lives fans were nothing short of totally shocked when we found out that Kate accidentally attacked Sarah. We did not see this coming, and it did not make much sense to us at all. But, there are a few things that might just make the game change a bit. For example, we might see that sometimes you get to see things unfold for a reason, and there really must be a significant reason around here. But, she’s not sure she’s all right, and that’s a problem. Then, there is the fact that Susan was beyond shocked. She saw someone she didn’t think she would see again, and it turned into a mess in her life. She’s not sure she can handle all the changes she’s seeing in Salem now that she is home and all right. She’s got some issues to face, and that might just be a game changer for her.
Then there is everything that is going on with Gabi. She’s not happy with the news she has to share with Stefan, but she knows he will be even more unhappy than she is. There’s a lot riding on what they are doing and how they are working on their lives right now, and we get that. We get that there is so much happening around here, but it’s a lot. There are so many things we don’t understand, and that means some things turn into a mess. Gabi has to find a way to fight this problem with Stefan, but he is not exactly someone who is good at doing things like that in the meantime. However, we can see things unfold in the face of disaster if we let it get to this point. For now, though, we can try to understand.

Ted has made his statement to the police. But that doesn’t mean it’s all right. In fact, for an attorney, he seems to be making a lot of mistakes. He made his statement, but it’s inconsistent. Every time he tells it, something changes. And, it turns out, Lani is someone who is not missing any details. She’s not missing the changes or the inconsistencies in anything that they have to say to one another, and that works for us. But, we also have to wonder if there is more to this than what is going on. She hears it and she knows it, and that’s not going to bode well for him as he continues to lie about things in the secret room. Stefan, on the other hand, has a deal to make. He’s trying to figure out how to handle things with Kate, and he’s going to try and make a deal with him. He has a bargain on his hands, but will it work?
Then there is Xander, who is done with Kristin. They might have had an alliance for a time, but that is over and done with, and he’s not looking back. He’s quitting, and that seems to be fine with everyone else. He is not going to do anything that will work in her favor anymore, but he might just expect that she will continue to try and mess with his life the best way he knows how. It is all too much for him, and that is going to turn out one way rather than another.
