Days of Our Lives fans are not all tha sure how to focus on things like what Jennifer recently learned about her life. It’s been a rough year for her, and she did not expect to learn what she learned. She’s currently in a good place having survived her injuries when no one thought she could even just a year ago. She did, and she’s all right. The person who did this to her is in jail, and she’s going to survive. Her daughter and her daughter’s husband and her grandchildren are home from Paris and happy to be back with her. But, her son is a drug addict now. Jack is back, but things are not all right in her life. What she’s learned is enough to throw her into a tailspin for the rest of her life if she allows it. It’s bad news, and she’s not specifically happy about any of it. But, she’s a strong woman, and we know she can handle this no matter what else happens in her life.
On the flip side, we know that JJ has some issues he has to deal with, and Eric is trying to help him. No matter what is going on in his life, he’s been there for his friend Jennifer through thick and thin. He takes some responsibility for the fact that she spent a great deal of her life suffering from drug use and issues that he was probably responsible for getting her into, and things were not well for her. He feels that their friendship is a good one, and he is simply not going to sit back and allow things to fall apart for them in any capacity. He wants to be her friend. He wants to help her out. He wants to make sure this is all right.

Things are not going well for almost anyone right now, and we can say that it does not look like the end of the week is going to bring much relief to anyone, either. We know that Gabi and Eli somehow ended up back together at some point in the past year, but we don’t know how. We know that they were together a long time ago, but they had so little chemistry that it wasn’t even funny. She ruined his wedding to Lani, and now they are together? How does she go from the passion and chemistry she had with her late husband to the totally boring situation she has with Eli? Either way, Gabi feels that Chad is out to get her, and Abigail is going to catch Eli going through Chad’s information and personal papers to try and find some answers.
She won’t like it, and she won’t take it sitting down, either. She will demand to know what is going on, and it will not take her long to realize that this has all the things to do with Gabi, who she has her own share of issues with. Gabi did, after all, try to ruin her life and make her miserable — and we just cannot handle that. There’s a lot going on here, and we cannot help but wonder what else there is happening around here that might make her go to her own husband and spill what is going on. Or, will Eli try and stop her from doing just that? Who is putting their cards on the table this weekend?
