Days of Our Lives spoilers tell us that John is not happy. Not only is his son dying without a new heart to keep him alive through his coma, he has a DNR. It means do not resuscitate, and it’s not what he wants for his son. John clearly doesn’t seem to mind that this is the choice his son made on his own, and he’s fighting it. He knows the second something happens to Brady, he will die with this order. Another small issue lies in the fact that Steve finds out something is going to happen with his sister. When he finds out there is a threat against her, he won’t be pleased. But, there is nothing he can do about that at the moment.
Now that Nicole has returned to Salem, she must say goodbye to the man she loves. It’s not proving an easy feat, but she can do it. She knows she will be caught more than likely while she’s in town. The threat is real, and the risk is a big one. She won’t get to keep her daughter. She will be taken to jail, and she will lose everything she worked so hard for. To her, though, it’s entirely worth it. She has to keep her word to Brady and say goodbye to him.
It’s a bit like saying goodbye to Daniel once again, too, because Brady has his heart. This is a tough situation for her, and she knows she has to do it. We know she will be caught, we just don’t know who will catch her or turn her in, or when it will happen.
