After a fairly long hiatus, audiences should be pleased to know that Hawaii Five-O is returning to television. And season 6 appears to be returning with a storm of bullets. The team finds themselves in danger when they try to track down a thief who stole a USB drive that could wind up being a danger to thousands of innocent people. Caught up in the mix in all of this is Catherine Rollins.
When the USB drive full of classified intel falls into the hands of Anna Novick (Olga Fonda), Hawaii’s best and brightest need to reacquire the dangerous info before any harm can come to their former colleague. Unfortunately, Anna is heavily armed. To add fuel to the fire, it looks like she will pull an innocent civilian into the crossfire.
In the official synopsis for the show we also find out that McGarrett finally learns why Catherine left him, and Abby continues to conceal her actual mission from Chin and Five-0. McGarrett will finally get to understand why the Catherine rejected his proposal, and worse, left him alone. Do you think it has something to do with McCarrett’s line of work? Is there another party involved?
Lots of questions and little answers….for now. One thing is for certain. Tonight’s episode is going to feature a ton of action and maybe a few surprises. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s an unexpected death or to see one of the “good guys” become a bad guy. Do you think one of crew is actually working with the Russian spy? Questions remain: So, who is the mystery man riding shotgun? Does the mystery man have the USB someone in his body? Can McGarrett and Co. keep Cath’s identity and mission secure?
There’s no concrete answers yet but some are speculating he might be one of Jimmy Yang’s unfortunate patients. McGarrett and Danno (Scott Caan) confront the Doc in the second sneak peek, cornering him after they discover that he’s hiding foreign objects in his patients.
