When I started out as a self-taught photographer, I started documenting the everyday objects that surrounded me. I began taking a certain interest in floral photography.
I wanted to capture the patterns of symmetric beauty of the most common garden flowers, but not your standard bright colored rose on a summer day floral photography. I removed the most distracting element – the color.
