Amy Okuda seems like an interesting individual that thankfully isn’t too tied down by stereotypes. She’s been around for a little while at this point and has likely learned the business and how to get along in it, but it would seem that she could use a boost now and then to really get her career into the next zone and start advancing again. Or it could be that the acting industry is simply a kind of push and pull kind of deal that has yet to full realize that those that started back in the 2000s are ready and willing to step up and take the spotlight from those that are either entering their twilight years or are in dire need of settling down and mentoring those that really want to show what they can do. In any case, Amy is one of those many individuals that is there and ready to do what she needs to do in order to make it happen.

It kind of looks like she was there for one episode and was then moving on. Being in a show like this however does look good on a resume and could provide her with some opportunity in the future if she continues to advance her reputation.

Amy still has a lifetime in front of her if she wants it and a lot of years left to establish herself if she so desires. That’s the great thing but also the downfall of youth, all that time is useful when you manage to use it in a timely and efficient manner, but too much of it can lead to thinking that there’s really no hurry to do anything. It’s a balancing act we’ve all done at one point or another.

Diversifying her career in this manner is a good idea since it’s always dependent on what a person is willing to do and where they’re willing to go in order to advance their reputation. Besides, music videos are still pretty popular with a certain crowd.
7. She was in The Wedding Ringer.
So yes, she is more of supporting extra in this film but it was crazy and funny and likely a lot of fun to make since it was a hilarious plot that somehow didn’t manage to impress a lot of people. But she was in the film.
6. Her career started in 2007.
This generation of actors is primed and ready to take their place in the current hierarchy of cinema and while some have gone on to do just this many others are still making their way up and doing whatever they need to in order to offer support and get their own names out there.
5. She’s done a lot of guest star roles.
This seems like kind of a slow and steady way to gain a reputation but it does seem to be working since she is a known name and someone that’s being searched for on the internet because of it. If it works, then so be it.
4. She was in The Guild.
The Guild is a web series about people that play MMORPG’s and focuses on one group in particular, The Knights of Good. It’s picked up a lot of followers during its time and has managed to become quite popular with many folks that happen to like MMORPG’s.
3. She has a lot of different hobbies.
Amy doesn’t seem to be into being bored all that often since she has a wide variety of hobbies that keep her entertained and allow her to express her creative side in a very positive and interesting manner.
2. She’s a very active person.
Amy likes to keep physically active which is great since it allows her to stay in shape. Many actors follow this line of thinking since in their profession one usually has to be in some kind of shape in order to actually do what they do at times.

There’s something great about realizing that more and more actors are becoming educated either before or during their career and it has a lot do with wanting to see people advance that have the knowledge and the wisdom to understand that anything they want in life isn’t going to come easy and needs to be worked for.
The next generation of actors coming up the way will no doubt be taking over the reins at one point or another and with folks like Amy Okuda coming along it seems as though movies and TV will be in good hands as they make the attempt to carry on the long traditions of those that came before them as they seek to advance their careers.
