We’re one week away from the official release date for Alien: Covenant. At this point there’s nearly nothing left to review. The studios have probably bled millions upon millions of dollars in marketing budget. We’ve seen what feels like over 100 trailers, posters, behind the scenes photos, and just about everything else we can possibly see. We even have early reviews from media outlets who had a chance to watch special screenings of the film. So far reviews are mixed with some saying this film is a return to the Alien franchise roots whereas others are literally calling it the biggest disappointment of the year.
All we can do now is wait. And while we wait, how about we take a look at Adam Savage’s latest webisode of “Tested” where he actually gets a chance to put on a spacesuit from Alien Covenant? In addition to Adam Savage trying on the suit, there’s some b-roll footage of Danny McBride shooting a scene with the suit on. This is the suit that the crew of the Covenant has to wear when they’re out in space, but I’m not sure we’ll see all of them wear it in the movie.
