It’s a valuable home that was purchased for $3.5 million in 2018 by HGTV just for the show, which shows the entire renovation process from start to finish. 2. Original “Brady Bunch” cast members appear on this show

All but one of the surviving original cast members of the television series “The Brady Bunch” will appear on episodes of “A Very Brady Renovation.” Barry Williams, who played Greg, Maureen McCormick who played Marcia, Christopher Knight who was Peter, Eve Plumb, who was Jan, Mike Lookinland (Bobby), and little Cindy who was played by Susan Olsen. Cousin Oliver joined the cast of the original series in the last season, played by Robbie Rist, who is not appearing on the renovation show.

3. The cast was treated to a red carpet event

It’s a big deal when you bring together the surviving members of a popular series that was beloved by millions of Americans. “The Brady Bunch” for many of us became a part of childhood memories. To honor the reunion of the remaining cast members, HGTV sponsored a gala event which can be compared to a red carpet Hollywood opening night extravaganza. Nostalgia is the one word that sums up the impact of the new renovation special on the old “Brady Bunch” house. For many viewers, these were carefree days when the world was more idyllic and kids didn’t have as many cares as they do in the present age. It was a time of innocence and the Brady family portrayed the American dream in action in an idealized version of the American family. Although most of us know that life is seldom that ordered or perfect, it’s nice to dream.
