Young and the Restless fans will see that Jack has to do something in his life right now. He’s so upset he cannot even think straight, and it’s not good news for him. He is going to go out of his own way to reach out to his mother today. He has to know the truth. He has to know what is happening to him and why this is his life. He has to know if she’s sure this is the truth and if she’s been lying to him on purpose his entire life or if she simply didn’t know or didn’t want to know the truth for the longest time. He, understandably, has more questions than he has answers, and he has to find a way to get those answers. He’s upset, and things aren’t good for him. He is working so hard to find a way to make their lives better, but he can’t.
He’s destroyed to find out that this legacy is not his. He’s not an Abbott, and he has to find out what his mother was thinking, how this happened, and how this worked out for him. But can she speak to him about it? No one ever knows if Dina can really provide the answers they are looking for at any given moment. She’s a woman with a serious health problem, and her mind doesn’t always work the way that it should.
She’s got to answer some of his questions, but she might not know the answers to them. We do tend to think that Jack will reach out to her and she might not be able to give him the answers he wants. She might not be in her right frame of mind to do that. And that will only make him feel angrier and more upset. Will he handle that well? He’s not exactly handling anything else well at this point in time, so we don’t think that her being unable to speak to him about this will go well at all. And we think he should not reach out to Dina.
