Young and the Restless fans are aware there is a lot of stuff going on right now, but what might happen when Phyllis and Billy decide that they are going to have a serious talk? He is going to tell her that he is certain they need to be more serious about one another, and he wants them to be serious from this point forward. He’d like them to focus on their future together, and he wants her to quit his job.
We don’t know if he wants that for her because he just loves her and wants to care for her himself, or if he wants it because he is working so hard on making sure he gets the best of every world. We do have a feeling he is trying to eliminate his problems with his brother, which is just fine. But will she do it?
Will she put aside her own life for a man who makes it his goal in life to basically care for his ex all the time even though he knows she and his ex don’t get along? He’s always putting Vickie first because they have kids together, and that’s nothing Phyllis can handle. She can’t make him stop — nor does she want to force him out of the lives of his own kids. But she can’t do anything about this, so would she really leave her career behind so she can be with a man who doesn’t fully commit?
