Young and the Restless fans come and go, and some of them have been around since the beginning. Some haven’t even been alive long enough to remember the beginning, which was 45 years ago. The show has been on television for a long time, and that means there have been a lot of faces, stories, and names that have been coming around a long time. Some characters are new, some have been around longer than we can even bother with, and some are going to show up in the future.
As the show and the characters celebrate and embrace this major milestone, however, we are going to see some familiar faces show up here and there just to bring a little excitement onto the screen for those who’ve been watching the show for a long time. It’s not uncommon for people to see these characters as they are and as they were, and it’s always a little exciting to see them come back.
This is going to be one of those weeks as characters are showing up, people are being recast, and people are making major changes. It’s certainly a fun week to be a fan, and that’s what people are looking for as they work their way through the storylines and the show. It’s not something any of us can deal with without remembering just how long this show has been on the air, how successful it’s been, and how many people it takes to love something so much it sticks around.
