Young and the Restless fans know that Abby and Arturo have decided to work together, and we think it’s on a modeling project. She’s got Lily involved in it, too, and that makes total sense. There is not a lot they can do that they don’t really work well together with, so this situation should work smoothly in terms of how well the entire thing is working. But we also know that Abby is not entirely happy with Arturo’s ‘regular man’ look and his working-class situation. She thinks that he needs a major makeover, and she is not wrong about that.
She might spend the day trying to get him to look a bit more like she would like him to look, and she might think it’s fun. However, we wonder what that might do to him. The fact that she seems to like him is nice for Arturo, but can he overlook the fact that Abby clearly thinks he’s too basic and not wealthy enough for her? Will this make him feel that there is a good chance he might not be good enough for her, and will that affect their potential future relationship in some other way? There isn’t a lot left for them to do in terms of getting along, but we also wonder if there is a chance they might just have another situation on their hands. He’s got a plan, so he might overlook the fact that she’s basically telling him he’s not good enough.
Arturo is not being honest with her and he is not getting his life in order so that he can marry her and make an honest woman of her. He’s been sneaking around with Nikki, he’s been plotting on his own, and things simply are not what they seem with this couple. There is no chance he will not end up hurting Abby and her naïve manner. She’s not stupid, but she’s still young and unsure what to do about her personal life and how it works for her. This is going to be something she can fix, but not easily.
