When you think of Jason Bateman the first thing that generally comes to mind is Arrested Development. I always think of The Hogan Family and Teen Wolf Too but that’s just me I suppose. The point is that 90% of the time Bateman is usually in some kind of role where he plays an intelligent middle aged guy who knows he’s smarter than most people, has a very smug and sarcastic way about him, and he makes us laugh.
So when people first heard of the Netflix show Ozark that he’s starring in I think many just assumed this was some kind of comedy taking place in the woods. Nope. Not even close. In fact some people are conjuring up images of Breaking Bad with this trailer. Check out the description and trailer below. It’s intense to say the least.
