The Best Uses of Brett Eldredge Songs in Movies or TV

There’s not a lot of information on Brett Eldredge, at least not unless you get to digging as much as you possibly can in order to find out even more than the internet allows. What you can find out is that obviously he’s a country singer as the genre seems to be taking a huge upswing at the moment. But what you might also find out is that he’s an award-winning artist that’s been around since 2010 and has been heading steadily up the ranks as he continues to do what he loves. There could be a number of reasons for not giving out a lot of personal information, not the least of which is that celebrities do in fact see the value of having a private life, something that a lot of them don’t seem to have the luxury to enjoy all the time. But given that they’re in the public eye so often it seems that trying to find some time to really just chill out away from the stage would be preferred.

Here are some of his songs as used in movies and TV.

5. Jimmy Kimmel Live! – Lose My Mind

Jimmy Kimmel certainly has made his way up from where he used to be, but quite honestly the Man Show was something that seemed kind of special, politically and socially incorrect on many levels, but still a lot of fun. Since taking his career a lot more seriously though he’s managed to climb the ranks of the late night talk shows until he’s now one of the most popular hosts on TV and is constantly hosting some of the best musical guests and celebrities around. Sure he has a feuds with at least a couple of them and he might say things that alienate a few of his viewers, but he’s being honest about it at least.

4. The Ellen Show – Lose My Mind

A lot of people feel different ways about Ellen since her career has kind of gone off in many different ways and has alienated some people and fully inspired others. It’s not enough to say that she had the courage to come out as she did years ago since so many people have come out that aren’t famous can be called just as brave. But it is kind of inspiring that she took her words and turned them into a talk show after having been such a funny lady for so long and entertaining so many. Those that turned away from her after the revelation of her being homosexual made their choice, as did the people that stuck with her. She’s funny, end of story.

3. The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon – The Long Way

Does anyone remember when Jimmy Fallon really started making his rise through the ranks? He was considered kind of a middle of the road comedian by some for a while until he finally started getting noticed by those in the upper echelon as someone that could gain and keep the attention of a crowd. In terms of being uproariously funny he’s not really the most famed comedian for getting gales of laughter that make people cry and suffer aching jaws. But he is a person that can talk and be funny at the same time and make others feel at ease in his presence, which is important for a talk show host.

2. Nashville – Adios Old Friend

How many people were actually devastated when Nashville announced their final season? Some folks were near tears since they absolutely loved this show and everything it stood for. Whether it’s a true representation of the real world in Nashville or something just glammed up to provide an interesting show for the audience, the program was something that a lot of people thought was one of the greatest things on TV. It starred some of the greatest actors of the decade and even revived the careers of a few that had been bit players here and there for a while. It seems fair to say that a lot of the cast will be moving on to other projects that will keep them in the public eye.

1. Country Strong – It Ain’t Gotta Be Love

Fame and fortune take a heavy toll on some and manage to elevate others to heights they weren’t intending to climb sometimes. When it’s a case of out with the old and in with the new however the old usually manage to come back if only for a short time and show the new just how things are done. In that way passing the torch on to the next generation is more of an acceptable premise than just fading away and letting someone assume the spot that used to belong to a legend. That torch has got to be passed sometime, it’s just a shame that some have to almost fall before it can happen.

Brett is a talented man for sure, and it’ll be interesting to see how his career proceeds in the years to come.
