As I’m sure you’re all aware, The CW likes to keep things in the family. Over the years, various WB and CW shows have shared guest stars. Recently, for example, Supernatural’s Matt Cohen made a few appearances on 90210 (and is set to return in an upcoming episode), and One Tree Hill’s Torrey Devito will be making a recurring appearance on The Vampire Diaries in early 2012. Supernatural’s Sebastian Roche has also had a recurring role on The Vampire Diaries lately.
Now TV Guide reports that Supernatural’s Misha Collins will be appearing in episode 14 of Ringer, which should air in early 2012. Collins fans are, no doubt, happy for the news, since we haven’t seen him on television since his character, Castiel, disappeared off Supernatural.
Collins will play a character in Ringer named Dylan, who is connected to Bridget and Siobhan’s past in Tahoe and is, apparently, part of the reason the girls parted ways. I’m sure all Collins fans are thinking “if there’s anyone who can break up two sisters, it’s a fight over Misha Collins!”.
Collins has been busy after leaving Supernatural. He’s currently helping to put together a world-wide scavenger hunt that’s hoping to be named the largest ever by the Guinness Book of World Records.
