I’m kind of bummed that I didn’t know about this Seth Meyers digital exclusive until now, but apparently each week Late Night with Seth Meyers provides us with a nice highlight reel from the previous week. Last night they released their “Favorite Jokes of the week of Jan 30th” which we’ll be sharing with you today. Clearly it was a busy week in America and Seth was always there for us in “Weekend Update” style to make fun of everything Donald Trump (and everyone else in America) did.
Among his many highlights of the week were Seth remarking on how Donald Trump’s second week was more chaotic than the first, Seth dressing as a young pope, his analysis of Supreme court pick Neil Gorsuch, a reading of Donald Trump’s Black History Month speech, Robert de Niro mean tweeting himself before Donald Trump, Corey Hawkins admitting he wanted a close Super Bowl to increase the ratings of 24: Legacy, and a whole lot more.
I happened to like the simple stuff like soldiers reuniting with pets, Judd Apatow making an appearance with wife Leslie Mann, and of course Tinder for Orangutans. Then again, I’m a simple guy with simple desires. But if you missed most of Seth Meyers during this week, this video should catch you up on everything that went on.
