The Real Reason Why Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux Split

When Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux first got together, everyone believed that it would be a true celebrity love story. However, it seems that this has not become the fairytale romance that their fans were hoping for. the couple has recently ended speculation into their marriage by confirming that they have decided to separate. After less than three years of marriage, the couple released an official statement to announce their separation. They did this in response to the speculation of the public and the media over recent months into the state of their relationship.

In their statement, the couple informed fans that they had actually decided to separate at the end of 2017. They have said that the decision was mutual and that they continue to share a deep love and respect for each other. Although they are ending their relationship, they have both said they wish to continue with their friendship, which they cherish. They also warned that any other information that was not released by them was incorrect and purely gossip.

While fans thought they were a match made in heaven, there are people who are close to the couple who have had their doubts from the start. In their opinion, they fell in love hard and fast but actually had very little in common in terms of personality and interests. A source close to the couple told E! News that when the couple met, Jennifer preferred to live a reclusive lifestyle while Justin was a New York hipster who enjoyed living an alternative lifestyle. The source went on to say that although the couple had instant chemistry between them, the differences between them made it difficult for them to be compatible in the long-term.

Aniston and Theroux first got together in 2011 and the news of their relationship broke just one year after the couple had finished filming the movie ‘Wanderlust’. While Aniston was accustomed to living in the public eye, their relationship meant that Theroux experienced a level of media attention that he was not used to, and it took him a while to adapt. Previously, the actor could walk around in the city without anyone bothering him. As soon as he started dating Aniston, the paparazzi began to follow him wherever he went. At first, he hated the attention. However, as he grew more in love with Jennifer, he learned that this was an aspect of their lives he had to accept.

The couple purchased a home together in Bel-Air in January 2012 and were engaged by August of the same year. On August 5, 2015, the couple was finally married. The ceremony took place at their Bel-Air estate. This was the second marriage for Aniston as she was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 until 2005. He later married actress Angelina Jolie. On the other hand, this was a first and only marriage for Justin Theroux. However, he has previously had a long-term relationship. He was with Heidi Bivens, a stylist, for 11 years. They split in 2011 just before Theroux began dating Jennifer Aniston.
